Cancellation Policy

We aspire to give you devoted time and attention during each visit.  We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments.  If you must cancel or reschedule, we request at least 24 hours notice. 

Cancellations without 24 hour notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services.  

 

Re-do Policy 

We want all of our guests to feel amazing!  If you are dissatisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 7 days.  We are more than happy to get you back in to make any adjustments.  We do not offer refunds.

 

Retail Return Policy

We want you to love your products!  If a product is not meeting your expectations, we will gladly make an exchange.  We do not offer refunds.

Hair extensions and accessories are considered final sale. 

 

 

We accept all major credit cards.  Gratuity cannot be added to your credit card.
